Property management

Management system for property managers and landlords

Units to keep track of, rent to collect, repairs to follow up and tenants to update. OpsPilot records units and tenants, rent billing and payments, maintenance requests with quotations, service reports and a monthly collections summary.

Common problems

What property management run into, and how the system helps

Each problem on the left maps to a practical capability on the right. Nothing here is a promise of savings or revenue.

Rent due dates and balances live in notebooks.

Rent billing, payments and balances are recorded per unit, with past-due amounts listed.

Maintenance requests get lost or forgotten.

Requests are logged, assigned and followed through to a service report with tenant acknowledgement.

Repair costs are not tracked per unit.

Quotations and approved work are recorded against the unit and carried into billing.

It is hard to see occupancy and collections at a glance.

A dashboard shows occupied and vacant units, rent collected and amounts outstanding.
